About Me

A Charlotte native, I have watched this city grow by leaps and bounds since I was a child.  I have always loved showing visitors everything this city has to offer, and in 1997 decided to combine that passion with my knowledge of area real estate and my desire to make a difference in peoples' lives, so I became a Realtor and have never looked back.  I have honed my relocation skills working with many newcomers to our area and assisting them in not only finding a home, but in getting settled in the community.

My principles in working with both buyers and sellers are simple:  Begin with the end in mind and create a win/win situation.  I give my clients the absolute best service that I can, knowing that satisfied clients will pass my name onto others who have a real estate need.  I am extremely honest with buyers, pointing out both positive and negative resale issues with each house we see, so that they we will not have a negative resale issue years later.  When working with sellers, I am upfront with them about what it will take to sell their home, whether it is presentation or price that could be an issue. 

Personally, I live in Charlotte with my new husband, Gary, our dogs Hamlet Sedona, and two cats, Bowie and Milton.  I met Gary in late 2005 and we married in September of 2007 at Pawleys Island, SC.  My passion is the welfare of animals, and I am active in local shelters.  I was fortunate to be able to travel to Slidell, Louisianna in October 2005 to work with Noah's Wish, an animal rescue group that saved hundreds of animals who were victims of Hurricane Katrina.  I also love to hike, read, and travel.
